Terms of Service of mailto.wiki – Email for Confluence (Cloud)

Please read these terms of service (“terms”, “terms of service”) carefully before using the “mailto.wiki – Email for Confluence” add-on for Atlassian Confluence (the “add-on”) operated by Winter, Jülg und Gellweiler – Softwareengineering GbR (“us”, ‘we”, “our”) aka. CraftCoders.

This document only applies to the Cloud version of the “mailto.wiki – Send Emails to Conluence” app for the server version please read: Terms of Service of mailto.wiki – Email for Confluence (Server).

Conditions of Use

We will provide services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you use our add-on, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

Privacy Policy

Before you continue using the add-on we advise you to read our privacy policy.

Applicable Law

By using the add-on, you agree that the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Winter, Jülg und Gellweiler – Softwareengineering GbR and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your usage of products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in Baden-Württemberg (Federal Republic of Germany), and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Monthly Limits of Emails

The add-on converts emails to confluence content. We currently grant every user of our add-on a monthly limit of 3000 emails. We set a limit to protect our self from exuberant server costs. We may increase or decrease the monthly limit of emails for all or single customers in the future. In the future the monthly limit of emails will be based on the number of licensed users.

Warranty Disclaimer

We developed the add-on with the utmost care and according to industry best practices. However we cannot make any guaranties and do not provide any warranties besides the minimum requirements made by the law.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND WINTER, JÜLG UND GELLWEILER – SOFTWAREENGINEERING GBR AND ITS RESELLERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, FUNCTIONALITY, OR MERCHANTABILITY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY WITH REGARD TO THAT PRODUCTS.
